Is there anything north of Centreville??

I get this question a lot. Even from local Kent Island-ers. What is north of Centreville?
"I don't want to live in the middle of no where!" "Where do you get groceries?"
I am not surprised because honestly I had no idea this charming historic town right on the edge of the Chester River existed either. When I show homes to buyers new to the area, I start with a tour of the town, it's shops and restaurants and all the weekly must haves, (pharmacy, grocery, gas). It's always fun to see how they immediately fall in love with the possibility of life in Chestertown.
Snuggled on the shores of the Chester is a friendly little town of around 5,000 residents with an alluring downtown district, art scene and college. (GO WAC!) So if you are considering Chestertown as your new home, know there is a friendly community feel with big personality waiting for you. We took the leap moving here from Anne Arundel County two years ago without knowing a soul. Best decision we've ever made.
So here is one of the sheets in my buyers folder.
